Assistant

Rebecca graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2009, joining the Farm Team at Towcester in 2011 following two years focussing on farm animal and camelid work through internships. Rebecca works with a wide range of farm species and appreciates the varied aims and interests of our clients; everything from much loved farm pets to high level production units. She is a keen member of the British Veterinary Camelid Society, and following over two years of further study, Rebecca now holds a qualification in Advanced Veterinary Practice for Camelids (CertAVP(CP)). This allows her to direct the camelid (mainly alpaca and llama) work in the practice, and she enjoys the challenge of finding new ways to provide the practice’s camelid patients the best treatment possible.

Rebecca lives in Towcester with her husband and two spaniels, who love getting out and about in the countryside together. On Sundays she can be found at church, where she occasionally plays the drums and loves to sing… Earplugs, anyone?!

Outside of work Katie lives with her husband Mark and two daughters, who know more than they probably should about farm vetting!
