  • She’s a little Princess

    Posted on by Cat

Princess, a 6 months old much loved and pampered Chihuahua, was referred to us from a local veterinary practice. She had jumped down from a chair and broken her radius/ulna in her front leg. Weighing in at just under 2kg she presented a particular challenge as her bones were very small needing equally small bone plate and screws. This also made for quite a fiddly operation and Cat Arthurs and Helen Pope spent several hours repairing her leg. Luckily all went well and after a few days in the hospital Princess went home to recover – no doubt on a big fluffy pillow surrounded by all her favourite toys.
