Prescriptions are available from this practice. You may obtain relevant veterinary medicinal products from your veterinary surgeon OR ask for a prescription and obtain these medicines from another veterinary surgeon or pharmacy. Your veterinary surgeon may prescribe relevant veterinary medicinal products only following clinica; assessment of an animal under his or her care.
A prescription may not be appropriate if your pet is an in-patient or immediate treatment is necessary. You will be informed, on request, of the price of any medicine that may be prescribed for your pet.
Our practice policy is to re-assess an animal requiring repeat prescriptions for supplies of relevant veterinary medicinal products every three months, but this may vary with individual circumstances. The standard charge for case reassessment is £32.13
In order to help us improve our service, we request that you contact the practice for repeat prescriptions between the hours of 11 am and 2 pm Monday to Friday giving 24 hours notice.
Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund or dispose of any drugs that have been prescribed for your pet.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but, as always, our main concern is the health of your pet.
