    Cheryl Oliver

    Head of Insurance

    Cheryl Joined our practice at the beginning of July 2014 and as a member of the reception and administration team has taken on the task of streamlining our insurance protocols and answering any queries or questions regarding insurance. Cheryl completed her Equine studies at Warwickshire College and has worked in the equine industry for 10 years. Cheryl also co-ordinates our Towcester and Onley Equine Vets Polo meets every month. In her spare time Cheryl enjoys walking her two dogs, helping out event grooming over the weekends and skiing.

    Bookings Team Leader

    Chloe joined Towcester Equine Vets in July 2014, shortly after completing her A Levels in Sociology, Biology and Health and Social studies. She spent her first year with us completing an apprenticeship in Customer Service. She enjoys a very rural lifestyle, living on her family farm since she was born, often helping her family during the lambing season.  Chloe’s main roles at the clinic involves planning and organising our Zone Visit Scheme as well as working along side Cheryl handling insurance queries.

    Helen Gibson

    Accounts Department

    Helen joined our team in October 2013. She has owned horses for many years and enjoys being part of the busy team at our Towcester Clinic.  Helen’s role mainly consists of answering client queries regarding accounts, as well as managing them on behalf of all our clients. In her spare time Helen likes to spend her time hacking out on her coloured mare Jude.

    Abii Dowdy

    Receptionist and Media

    Abii joined our reception team in March 2016 whilst studying through her final year of university, graduating with an English degree from the University of Northampton. She owns two horses and has recently just bought a yearling, who is a project pony for her and her Mother! Alongside working here she writes for Your Horse magazine and enjoys galloping around the countryside.

    Sarah Jacklin

    Receptionist

    Sarah joined us in August 2015, and will be based primarily at our Onley practice in Rugby, Warwickshire. She has many years experience working in Veterinary practices and we are delighted to welcome her to the team! Sarah has been a keen rider since the age of five and owns two horses; Pod, who is retired, and Foggy, whom she successfully competes at Medium level British Dressage. Alongside her horses, Sarah spends her time outside of work running after her football mad son, as well looking after her rescued beagle, Buddy, and cats Ginger and Fatty.

    Julie Fouad

    Equine Practice Manager

    Julie joined the Towcester Equine Vets team in March 2014 to assist the partners in the development of the equine practice and its services. Initially joining us as a Business Consultant on a temporary basis, Julie stayed with us for a more permanent position and has now embraced her role as Equine Practice Manager.

    Jade Brookes

    Receptionist

    Jade joined our reception team at the beginning of November 2016 to complete an apprenticeship in customer service. She will be based primarily at our Towcester practice and, after studying animal welfare, management and animal behaviour at Moulton college, she hopes to expand her animal knowledge and customer service skills with us! After completing her apprenticeship she hopes to travel abroad, working with a variety of different animals. In her spare time she enjoys taking dance classes and socialising with friends from college and university.

    Lucy Burrows

    Customer Service Apprentice

    Lucy has ridden horses for 15 years and has owned her own horses, Hadley and Ozzy, for 5 years. Previously, Lucy has worked in her local tackshop but has always wanted to be involved in the veterinary industry as she loves being around animals. She studied at Moulton College learning about equine therapy and rehabilitation and in her spare time she enjoys walking her spaniel Alfie around the Bedfordshire countryside.

    Caileigh Eddie

    Customer Service Apprentice

    Caileigh joined our team as a customer service apprentice in September 2017 with a view to eventually train as an equine nurse. She has a keen interest in playing polo and is based primarily at our Onley site. In her spare time she enjoys jumping her horse Piper and driving her other two ponies, Bess and Smasher.
