Darcey joined the reception team in April 2026 and works at both the Onley and Paulerspury equine sites. She has a strong background in customer service from previous roles, this has enabled her to develop excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Darcey enjoys being front of house to help facilitate a positive experience for clients on a daily basis, she takes pride in being approachable, reliable and supportive in every situation.

Outside of work, Darcey has a real love for the countryside and a passion for equine care and welfare. She enjoys spending time around horses or walking in the fields – exploring with her dog, Saffy!
