Remi T
Remi joined the Towcester Vets Reception team in March 2024. She has always had a keen interest in animals, graduating from university with a BSc degree in Animal Science. Throughout her university degree she developed her passion for animal rehab and decided to train as a small animal Hydrotherapist. She followed this path for many years both in a small animal clinic setting and referrals. Remi also has experience working within the rehoming department at the Blue Cross.
She enjoys being in a public facing role, building relationships with clients and supporting them and the patients. As Towcester Vets Head Receptionist she helps to support the wider team and ensure the smooth running of appointments and the diary system.
Remi has two dogs of her own and likes to keep active by going to the gym and also challenging herself by completing beautiful long hikes.
Dixie Merrison
Dixie joined Towcester Vets in August 2024. She always wanted to work with animals and grew up with dogs, cats, fish, birds, guinea pigs etc.
Dixie still has a family of animals including a Cavalier, Alaskan Malamute, British Short Hair cat and two moggies!
She enjoys travelling and spending time with her pets and family members in her free time.

Mandy Merrison
Mandy joined the team at Weedon Vets in July 2023. She has previous experience within the Veterinary Industry, also worked in Boarding Kennels and as a Dog Groomer in the past.
Mandy enjoys many aspects of her role but in particular the diversity of people and animals she gets to meet every day. She is married with 3 grown up children, 2 dogs Beau and Pippa and 3 cats Oscar, Martha and Mabel. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, and also going on long walks with her extremely handsome dog Beau, a 50Kg Alaskan Malamute!
Aleina Bushby
Aleina has worked in customer service roles throughout her career. In 2019 she decided to leave her office-based insurance role in Milton Keynes (which she had been doing for 12 years!) to join the team at Towcester Vets. Having shown a great love for animals since childhood owning a menagerie of pets including ducks and small furries at varying times. More recently Aleina has cared for two rabbits and two rats and in October 2020 she rehomed a young cat called Snowy, who is now a much-loved member of the family. Aleina also lives with her husband, Phil, and their two young children.
Clair Griffiths
Claire has worked within the veterinary industry since leaving school in various different roles. She began as a nurse in a mixed practice and has recently decided to make the move across to the reception side. She started working with Weedon Vets in February 2020 and is really enjoying getting to know all of our clients! Outside of work, Claire lives with her husband, grown up children and her 4 cats.
Kimmi Wilson
Kimmi joined the reception team as a receptionist at the beginning of 2019. Kimmi has always loved animals and is now passionate about helping other pet owners. Growing up, Kimmi owned a wide selection of pets and currently owns 5 dogs; Millie-Mae, Ruby-Mae, Ellie-Mae, Lizzie-Mae and Bailey. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family and walking her dogs. In addition to her reception duties Kimmi assits in managing our dispensary and helps support Arthurs Orthopaedics.
Debbie Dancer
Debbie joined the reception team in early 2019 with 21 years of experience working in the industry. She is passionate about helping and interacting with clients and is currently completing a course in canine behaviour to assist with her daily role. Debbie previously completed a course in bereavement counselling and will be working mainly at the Weedon practice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and walking her dog.
Becca Coyne
Rebecca joined the nursing team as a kennel assistant in June 2016. She now works as part of our experienced reception team.
Rebecca has a Level 3 diploma in Animal Management completed at Moulton College, along with previous experience of working at a boarding kennels. She also used to volunteer at a dog shelter.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs: Skippy the rescue dog and Lottie the French Bulldog.
