Ruby joined us initially on a work experience placement in 2019 and liked us so much that she then volunteered every other Saturday through until September 2020. For the last nine months she has been working within the nursing team whilst completing her Animal Nursing qualification at Moulton College. Ruby is keen to become a qualified veterinary nurse and continue her studying. Outside of work she enjoys being outdoors and going on long walks with her two dogs, Teasel and Bracken, also enjoying spending time with family and friends.
Emma joined the practice in January 2021 having previously worked in numerous National Hunt racing yards. A keen point-to-point rider Emma has also recently qualified her own ROR horse for arena eventing championships. Living locally, in her spare time Emma enjoys playing netball and keeping fit. Since joining the team Emma has developed an interest in lameness evaluation, riding many of our in-patients during their appointments.
