Radiography - Pet X-rays
When treating patients at Towcester Vets, our veterinary team use diagnostic imaging to assist with investigating certain health conditions. We often use radiography to visualise the internal bone structures, as well as the chest and abdominal cavity.
To carry these out safely we will either sedate your pet or use general anaesthetic in order to obtain diagnostic images. This will be decided on a case by case basis by both the vet and client.

Our small animal hospital in Towcester and our Weedon vet practice both have purpose-built radiography suites with high power, modern x-ray machines. The digital processor gives a high-quality image so that our vets can diagnose problems as early as possible. This helps to minimise stress for your pet as we understand that a trip to the vets is not always enjoyable. To discuss radiography further with our team, please contact us today on 01327 350239.
